Our origin

Mazak comes from Chabtine, a village in the Batroun hills of North Lebanon, where the family has grown and pressed its own olives since 1890. What began as home-made production for the village is now a house of organic extra virgin olive oil, still harvested by hand in the same groves - from the resilient soil of Lebanon to the world.

Every bottle is organic extra virgin olive oil. Each harvest season the family opens the groves for its Olive Picking Day in Chabtine, when friends and guests pick alongside them.

London gold, 2026

Mazak (Organic) took Gold at the London International Olive Oil Competition 2026, one of the industry's global quality awards. The result is listed in the competition's own published rankings.
